Artist's Description

This is the fifth demonstration piece for “Wind, Waves and Weather” 2007. The goal of this painting was to tie it all together: the bold choice of colours and strokes, the waves and the weather. A meteorologist for Environment Canada for 35 years, Phil specializes in severe weather and training.
