The Center for Disease Control has recommended the use of cloth face masks to help fight the spread of COVID-19.
This face mask is made from 100% polyester and includes two ear loops with adjustable grommets for a comfortable fit.
The printed area of the mask is approximately 7" wide by 5" tall. This mask fits well on adult mens' faces without the grommets but, due to the adjustable grommets, can be worn snuggly by adult women, as well.
Please note - this is NOT a surgical grade mask. It is not intended for any medical or commercial uses, whatsoever. It is a simple, cloth mask designed for everyday use to cover your mouth when out in public. The mask should not be used in any medical or surgical setting.
We make no warranties that the mask prevents infections or the transmission of viruses or diseases.

It was going to be a wild and windy day. Jet streams were converging in the sky. Three bands of jet stream cirrus identified three separate flows that were merging together. The axis of maximum winds is just on the north, dry side of the bands of cirrus and are aligned parallel to the winds. A stable layer in the atmosphere was also identified by high altocumulus gravity waves which form perpendicular to the wind direction like water waves. Meanwhile streets of turbulent stratocumulus parallel to the low level winds were developing in the unstable atmosphere. The geostrophic wind coming out of the ridge oriented along the St Lawrence River is always an under-estimate of the actual wind. If one adds all of these facts together, one could deduce that it would indeed get very windy.
As a result, I decided to paint from Tub Tolton’s deck and leave the canoe in the boathouse. The water was still icy cold and there was no point taking any chances. It got windier as I painted and I had to...
