Product Details

Our luxuriously soft beach towels are made from brushed microfiber with a 100% cotton back for extra absorption.   The top of the towel has the image printed on it, and the back is white cotton.   Our beach towels are available in two different sizes: beach towel (32" x 64") and beach sheet (37" x 74").

Don't let the fancy name confuse you... a beach sheet is just a large beach towel.

Artist's Description

It was another misty morning on the Dumoine after a night of thunderstorms. I loved to hear the rain on the tent overnight hoping of course to stay dry. The thunder also played on and off throughout the night while the lightning flashed strange shadows on the canvas. The winds did not get very strong at least when I was awake. The sounds of weather are primeval. If a tree falls in the forest one had better be certain that your tent is safely located regardless if it makes a sound or not.

Mark Patton and I were up early and painting again before 7 am. La Grande Chute on the Dumoine was the place to go first thing in the morning. The canyon carved by the ancient torrent may be dark but it is always full of inspiration. The primordial valley has probably looked this way for thousands of years and as far as it was concerned it was just another day.

This view does not quite see Serpent Rock and the swimming holes. It was more focussed on the dark eastern bank of the Dumo...
