Artist's Description
This is the view in the shelter of Killarney Light toward the east.
The wind was still howling and I had to tie my easel down to a large rock that I hauled up from the trail. A bullfrog hopped into the pool of water which I was straddling and startled me. The frog stayed for a while and then hopped back down the slope.
I wanted to capture the majesty of the sky. The sun was peeking through the turbulent stratocumulus cloud creating a spiritual scene. The waves were huge and crashing on the red rocks. Spray was blowing in the wind and I h
