I was intrigued by the shapes and colours in the cloud around 5:30 pm while standing on the back hill with the last Plein Air Painter standing. So I grabbed another canvas and proceeded to paint. The abstract shapes Phil take on the appearance of so many things, i.e., dolphins to birds perched on a twig. Lovely gesture and hues.
Phil Chadwick replied:
So nice to hear from you Susan. This was from 2007 almost a decade ago but it still brings back fond mmories of another place and time.
